My
Training Method

My training method and philosophy is based on YOU. If you are my client, the first step I take is to get to know three things. First, who are you (a mother, a father, a professional, a retiree, a college student etc.) and where you are in your life journey. Second, what are your goals for your physique and how do you see yourself in the future. Third, what do you expect my role to be (teacher, coach, mentor, motivator etc.).

As I mentioned above, the first step in my training method and philosophy comprise of the three tasks I mentioned in order for me to get to know you. After that, the second step is to devise a workout and excercise plan for you that is based on the knowledge I gathered in step one. This plan also will be one that you can not only stick with but will be happy with and actually enjoy doing. Remember that you will never stick with any excercise or workout plan that you do not actually enjoy. This is why most people quit their exercise regimen and staying with it for the long run is what is needed to reach any goal and physical training is no different.

The third step is to implement the plan you and I devised above. During our coaching sessions, I will show you and teach you the correct way to do any excercise in the gym or operate any machine in the gym etc. I will coach you, motivate you and hold you accoutable for the goals you set for yourself.

The fourth step is to maintain your regimen. Once, I see that you are on your way to achieving your goals and have the required discipline and motivation, I will take the proverbial training wheels off. A this stage, you will likely not need me as much as you did before. However, I will always be there to support you as much or as little as you might need. Thank you.
